FREQUENLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We strive to have all floral arrangements, bouquets and gifts delivered in a timely manner. You can expect up to a four hour turn around from the moment you place your order, if for same day delivery.
We politely request that orders for same day delivery to business addresses be placed by 1pm for delivery by 5pm. And same day deliveries for residential addresses can be ordered up until 3pm and will be delivered prior to 7pm. Saturday orders need to be placed by 12pm for same day delivery.
We try to prioritise all deliveries therefore the earlier you are able to place your order the quicker we can deliver for you.
Please be aware if there is a time restraint you need to inform us about please provide this information in the "additional Information" during the online order process. Should we not be able to fulfil your request we will be in contact with you.
Express and VIP delivery services are available however, the price is not covered through our online order process. For this type of urgent service please contact us directly on

TERMS & CONDITIONS
We aim to provide beautiful bouquets and arrangements as selected on our website whoever, due to seasonal availability or quality standards flower varieties at different times might have substitutions. You are welcome to call us before processing your online order and we can advise of the season's best quality available on the day.
Be assured if any varieties are unavailable or we sell out of the stock the colour palette as shown will be followed and you will be contacted.
If you need to cancel your online or phone order for whatever reason, we require 24 hours' notice when possible. Short or last minute notice may result in 20% of the transaction being withheld. We are reasonable and this will only occur if the flowers have been specially ordered through the growers.
Our promise is to always offer the best prices with the highest quality flowers and gifts.
We strive for customers and recipients 100% satisfaction with each and every order. If you are not entirely happy with our service, quality of flowers or gifts delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will happily arrange for a replacement to be delivered.
