DELIVERY INFORMATION

We strive to have all floral arrangements, bouquets and gifts delivered in a timely manner. 

 

We politely request that all orders for same day delivery be placed by 1pm. Please advise when ordering if delivery is to a business address.  We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

 

Please be aware if there is a time restraint you need to inform us about please provide this information in the "additional Information" during the online order process. Should we not be able to fulfil your request we will be in contact with you.

 

Express or urgent deliveries may be available if possible for an additional delivery surcharge.  Please contact the store directly on (02) 9527  2991 as this service is not available in online purchase process.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We aim to provide beautiful bouquets and arrangements as selected on our website however, due to seasonal availability or quality standards flower varieties at different times might have substitutions. You are welcome to call us before processing your online order and we can advise of the season's best quality available on the day.  We will endeavour to keep your order as close to the original as possible.  

 

If you need to cancel your online or phone order for whatever reason, we require 24 hours' notice. Short or last minute notice may result in transaction being withheld with funds able to be used as store credit for future orders.  As we understand our circumstances often change, please call us to discuss the situation and we will accommodate on a case by case basis.

We strive for customers and recipients 100% satisfaction with each and every order. If you are not entirely happy with our service, quality of flowers or gifts delivered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo, and we will happily discuss replacement or store credit.  Should this ever happen please contact us via email, including a photo at info@cronullaflorist.com or call (02) 9527 2991 immediately.
